Leading: Don't even know where to start with this one - The headline is meant to make you think somehow that Trump is "picking" on women. Using the word "Battles" is meant to make it sound particularly sinister.
Truth: The article discusses Trumps many disagreements with Democrats in Michigan. And Michigan Democrats happen to have female leaders. So basically this headline is forcing Trump not to disagree with any state that has female leaders (yeah, that makes sense) or he is branded as someone who "Battles with females". Oh, and use of the word Battle instead of Disagrees is a nice touch to drive you to feelings of anger against Trump.
